Owl’s Creek Warehouse-Production Facility

MSA provided civil engineering, environmental sciences, and survey services for the development of a 500,000 SF manufacturing and distribution facility on the Owls Creek golf course and adjoining Braithwaite properties in Virginia Beach. The facility includes 35,000 SF of office space and features a 57,000 SF mezzanine. In addition to the design, MSA prepared erosion control & stormwater plans and a right-of-way dedication plat.
