Ivor Veterinary Clinic

This new 4,000 SF full service veterinary clinic provides healthcare services to Ivor and the surrounding areas. MSA provided civil engineering, environmental and surveying services. A stormwater BMP soil investigation was completed along with a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and development of a sewage disposal system. A public utility easement exhibit was prepared, creating a public utility easement over the public water line running on the property along U.S. Route 460 to the water meter and dead-end blow-off valve. MSA prepared a civil engineering site plan and performed a partial boundary and topographic survey of the property.
