Chesapeake Fire Station No. 10 and Logistics Support Center

MSA provided civil engineering, survey, and environmental sciences services for the demolition and rebuilding of Chesapeake Fire Station No. 10 and Logistics Support Center in the Bowers Hill section of Chesapeake, VA. MSA’s engineers provided, as part of the demolition process, subsurface utility location, a demolition and erosion control plan, a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, bidding assistance to the client, and construction phase services. Design work for the new fire station and logistics support center began with additional survey services, environmental sciences services, and civil engineering. MSA engineers completed design work for pump station, LEED certification services, a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, bidding assistance to the client, and construction phase services.
