Education

Gregory Hayes is the leader of our Education Market. He has 27 years leading civil planning and design teams for various educational K-12 and higher education facilities. From the initial concept to the last step of construction management, he has taken part in every aspect of the design process. Gregory understands the specifications for modern educational facility design because of his experience working on new construction, renovation, and addition projects on a range of campuses. He works with his clients to discuss issues and top goals to create design solutions that address the specific educational needs of each community.

Gregory constantly keeps campus and student safety a priority. He emphasized civic issues and improved safety, health, and well-being of the community even before he joined the National Society of Professional Engineers and was inducted into the Order of the Engineers. In addition to being an active member of the Town Center Kiwanis Club, he mentors young engineers in continuing education and community involvement.
