Doug leads our Government Services engineering division with 32 years of experience in both design and construction. His experience in civil engineering spans all facets of infrastructure design and land development, including grading, water, and sewer systems, feasibility studies, cost estimating, and specifications writing. Doug focuses on supporting the government’s goals at the federal, state, and municipal levels by delivering reliable, efficient, and high-quality projects on time and on budget. To deliver results, he leverages his experience managing large IDIQ contracts as a prime contractor and managing complex projects as a subcontractor to the prime architect or engineer.
